Service Management Consultant (ITIL) – Manchester
Permanent / Cheshire / North / to £35,000
Service Management Consultant. Service Desk. ITIL. Service Management. Service Delivery Consultant.
One of the IT industry’s leading Consultancies is looking to recruit a Service Management Consultant to work out of their offices based in Cheshire, paying an annual salary of between £25,000 and £35,000, depending on skills, qualifications and experience.
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Ideally degree educated (1st or 2:1 minimum grade)
• 3 years minimum commercial experience in the fields of technical support or service management
• Working within ITIL standards – preferably with an ITIL and/or a PRINCE2 qualification
• Adhering to and establishment of SLA's
Key Responsibilities:
• Single point of contact within the Service Desk for all client Service Requests
• Proactively own the Service Incident on behalf of the Client
• Provide excellent communication of the resolution process
• Accurately maintain all Service Incident and Service Request records
• Follow internal Service Management procedures
• Technical Project Management of small or self contained work packets
• Assist in the testing and deployment of client application and technology issues
