A fantastic team in a FTSE250 Engineering Consultancy need a CLIENT FACING CONSULTANT ENGINEER with the ability to translate technical concepts in a simplistic manner and design high-level (not detailed) solutions for £multi-million technical projects. Successful candidates have had a background in PROJECT MANAGEMENT / MARKETING / SYSTEMS / PRODUCT MANAGEMENT / DESIGN / PLANNING / BUSINESS ANALYSIS / RESEARCH (R&D) in industries such as ELECTRICAL /TELECOMS / ELECTRONICS / POWER / UTILITIES / AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING. There's very real CAREER GROWTH in the Intelligent Transport Systems sector as it enjoys £BILLION INVESTMENT. It is preferred that you will have a technical background with preferably some formal recognition (Chartered Engineer, Graduate, PhD, MEng, CEng, PRINCE2) though the most important attributes are good client facing, analytical and project management skills.
