Graduate IT Support Analyst (Infrastructure / IT Support) – Manchester

Permanent / Manchester / North / £20,000 to £24,000

A Graduate IT Support and Infrastructure person is required to focus on our client’s internal infrastructure and support functions with a minimum of 1st or a 2:1 degree qualification. The role is paying a starting salary of between £20,000 and £24,000 per annum to work for a genuine industry leader based here in Manchester. Essential: • Degree qualification – 2:1 or above • MS Exchange Server 2003 • Windows Server 2003 • VMware • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills In terms of experience and skills, our client is extremely interested in candidates who have either commercial technical experience or who have graduated in the last two years with a technical and/or IT related degree, ideally with work placement experience. Their technical environment is based on Windows/Microsoft products and systems and the successful candidate will be given excellent commercial exposure and all of the required training to make their career a success. Candidates must be self-motivated and very focussed on developing their careers at the highest level; with a passion for working on and delivery infrastructure based solutions, both internally and for their external clients. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and want to work in a client / customer facing role that will involve travel on an ad-hoc basis.
