*IT Director - International Enterprise Systems*

Permanent / Middlesex / South / £90,000 to £100,000 (package c£140,000 plus shares/stock options)

IT Director. Based in West London. Salary of £90-£100K. Package of c£140K. Director of IT – International Enterprise Systems. IS Recruitment are looking to recruit an IT Director for their client based in the west of London. With a global presence, their products and their success have been exceptional in recent years; resulting in growth and expansion in the UK and throughout Europe. Education & Experience Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree (MSc/MA) is highly desirable • Minimum 12 years’ work experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial and / or a senior leadership role • Experience in an FDA-regulated environment is strongly desired • Broad IT management experience, with particular emphasis on CRM (Oracle and Siebel) and Business Intelligence (Cognos, Oracle E-Business (OBIEE/Hyperion) • Analytics-related capability delivery is required • Experience specifically with Oracle’s suite of products is strongly desired • Experience with the use of SDLC methodologies in project delivery Key Competencies: • Superior organization, planning, and project management skills • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and business partnering skills • Strategic mindset with strong analytical foundation • Ability to drive continuous improvement across the organization • Ability to facilitate and resolve conflicts at both the senior and staff level • Ability to operate in a cross-functional / matrixed environment For further information, please call Iain Brassell on 0161 973 2533 or email me you CV (iain@isrecruit.com) in the strictest confidence for an immediate call back.
