.NET Software Engineer (Senior) – London

Permanent / London / South / £50,000 to £60,000

A senior .NET (C#/ASP.NET) Software Engineer is required by our industry leading client to be based out of their offices in London. The position is paying a basic salary of between £50,000 and £60,000 per annum, plus excellent company benefits and associated bonus schemes. The role is looking to start in either September or October 2010 Skills: • Experience in developing for Windows 2K/XP/2003/Vista using C# and C++ and being part of the full software development life cycle • Strong database skills with SQL Server 2005/2008 • Practical experience working as part of an Agile Development team; including unit testing and continuous integration techniques • GUI development and usability skills under Windows • ASP.NET, Web Services, Reporting • .Net technologies such as Silverlight, WPF and WCF • Knowledge of Windows 2003/8 technologies such as Active Directory, TCP/IP Networking, Group Policy etc. Key Responsibilities: • To write high quality software to specification, on-time and on-budget • To be involved in all development lifecycle stages • To support our client’s external customers as and when required To hear more details about this newly created role working for our industry leading client based in London, please call Iain Brassell on 0161 973 2533 or send through your latest CV for an immediate call back.
