- Senior Strategy Manager (Management Consulting)
- Lausanne, Switzerland
- Salary Ranges (c150,000 CHF - 300,000 CHF)

Skills and Experience:
- Outstanding strategic thinking, problem solving and analytics capabilities, united to a proven track record of scoping and delivering complex strategy projects requiring senior stakeholders’ management in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and passion to drive change in large and complex organizations and ability to manage ambiguity, delivering under uncertainty
- Entrepreneurial, biased to action and roll-up-your-sleeves mind-set with a high degree of assertiveness and independence, balanced with maintaining highly collaborative and agile ways of working, able to facilitate team meetings and drive tangible outcomes, motivating a diverse and international team of stakeholders
- Comprehensive strategy development toolkit (industry analytics, consumer insight, strategy development, business plan development, financial modelling)
- Ideally 5 years+ experience in strategy consulting - minimum 2-3 years in McKinsey, Bain or BCG (or comparable strategy consulting environments in an analyst/consultant/engagement manager position)
- Can also come from a Big 4 background (KPMG, PWC, Deloitte or EY)
- Additional consumer goods or retail, consumer electronics, retail financial services, telecom, and fashion a plus
- Curiosity, international experience, cultural openness, and command of English are essential with further language capabilities being a plus
- You must have STEM + MBA &/or Financial background, ideally MBA qualified
The Opportunity:
My client are a multinational company looking for hire several Senior Strategy Managers (management consulting) on a permanent basis.
We are currently seeking someone from a Management Consultancy background, preferably working within a Corporate Strategy division at the moment or in a previous role.
You will scope, drive and manage key strategic projects in alignment with my client’s corporate strategy across their organisation.
